If for any reason you are not happy with your
purchase and want to return it, simply contact us via email at
info@firesafetysource.com or call us toll free at (888) 947-3473.
You will be
given an authorization number and address to return the merchandise. Customers
are responsible for shipping charges. Refunds will be made once merchandise is
received via return credit to your credit card or check depending on your
original method of payment. The credit/check will be for the total of the
items purchased less a manufacturer imposed 20-30% restocking fee. All Retuns must be received within 30 days of original order date.
Return shipping charges will be refunded if we have made an error on
your order.
